My husband moved to Germany 1.5 years ago and had a Demat account in India where he invested in shares. Now that he is an NRI, he needs to open a new Demat account with NRI status. My question is: Can he sell the shares in his old Demat account, or does he need to transfer all his shares to the new NRI Demat account before he can sell them? I understand that once he became an NRI, he cannot invest in new shares using the old Demat account. My question is specifically about selling the existing shares in the old Demat account.

TDS കണക്കാക്കിയത് total income 730000 എന്നരീതിയിലാണ്. യഥാർത്ഥത്തിൽ 250000 രൂപയുടെ 15%37500 രൂപയല്ലേ TDS. പക്ഷേ ടിയാന്റെ consultant total income എന്ന രീതിയിലാണ് TDS കണക്കാക്കിയത്. ഈ വിഷയത്തിൽ താങ്കളുടെ മറുപടി പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.
